This is not about the famous Nigerian blogger, Linda Ikeji, and her new body makeup. It is about the good news that the former model has finally launched her much-talked about television platform, Linda Ikeji TV (LiTV).
Interestingly, the platform has garnered over 10 000 subscribers in just three days of launch, which industry observers described as a big feat for the new online platform, considering that many online television subscription platforms are dying or experiencing stunted growth.
Although it debuted as an online streaming service that is accessible via the web, Android Playstore and iOS, the platform is billed to debut on cable network, DSTV, and on other international cable platforms soon.
The queen of blogging noted at the formal launch that the LiTV is working at emerging as the leader in African online content, expressing optimism that the platform would serve as a one-stop shop for all entertainment content in Nigeria and Africa.
Linda also said: “The online streaming service charge users on a monthly and yearly subscription fee to watch all the amazing content they have available on the channel, including recent blockbuster movies, series, dramas, documentaries, comedy shows and one-of-a-kind reality shows.”
