The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has announced that the National Identification Number (NIN) will become a compulsory requirement for obtaining a drivers license, starting from the second quarter of 2021. Daily Trust reports that this was disclosed via a statement released by the FRSC spokesperson, Bisi Kazeem. Quoting the Corps Marshal, Boboye Oyeyemi, the FRSC spokesperson said the new development was in compliance with presidential directives.
